Writing articles to make money online is a great part time, or even a full time job if you’re dedicated enough. There are quite a few ways to go about bringing in some extra cash, depending on whether you want the money now, or if you’re patient enough to wait for the results to start paying off.

HubPages will allow you to write articles and use the strength of their site to achieve better rankings among the search engines, and in turn, earn money slightly quicker than starting your own site. eHow, on the other hand, will pay you based on how many impressions the article earns.
For both sites, you’ll want to pick topics that get searched for often, but aren’t overly saturated with competition. If you need money now, you can find web content outsourcing sites that will put you to work fairly quickly.
Depending on your level of grammar, and ability to provide what the customers are looking for, you could earn anywhere from $0.01 per word, up to $0.06 per word or higher. Writing for content development sites is trading your time for money, though, and doesn’t pay the passive, residual income that starting your own site, or even using revenue sharing sites will provide.

I have signed up for some of the websites looking for articles and have been getting quite a few emails from them. They have lots of people looking for spercific articles paying from $20 to $100. This is one of the things I will definately be persuing. Another branch of my article writing business.

eHow does not permit revenue sharing for overseas writers, but hubpages does. Still, ehow remains one of the best sites to promote your work and site, if you are smart and knowledgeable about your subject of course.
