Spear Guitars

Spear RD 250 Guitar
The Spear guitar is a new guitar that has been designed and developed by a group of Koreans and has been pegged as the up and coming popular guitar of western musical instruments. It is highly recommended that now is the time to get one of these new guitars while they are still young and a cheap.
As their popularity grows so, will their price tag. Marketing for the Spear Guitar has begun directly at the top of the guitar market. They are in competition with the top names in the guitar industry. They may be new but they do have a few models such as the Gladius, RT series, and the T series to name a few.
The Gladius is the first model developed by Spear, it may have been their first but as far as guitar rating, it rates right up there with some of the high quality, higher priced guitars already on the market. This model is built with a mahogany neck and body, a rosewood fretboard, and it has an open pore finish on it that is for much more than cosmetic purposes.
The wood chosen for the body was used to enhance pick-ups and to give the musician a choice of tones from a scream to a blues type of mellow sound. This guitar was designed more for the softer music of blues or jazz rather than a heavy metal sound.
The next in line is the RT Series guitar. This guitar will be loved by those who prefer the design of the Fender Telecaster. An RT series guitar has five different styles of the same shape. With this guitar, you can purchase the one that is most aesthetically pleasing to the eye. As an example, one body style is built with mahogany, while another is made with a mix of bubinga and pink mahogany.
This line of guitars is the middle line of guitars made by Spear. Last, but not least, is the T-series, the low end of their price range. This guitar is considered to be the one to outdo the others in their line of guitars. With that said this series guitar does not offer the quality most are looking for out of even a cheap guitar.
They are not designed to stand up against time the way most guitars in their same price range will do. The sound is just as poor as the quality of the craftsmanship. The Spear Guitar is new to the music world, and they have potential, it will just take time to work out the bugs and bring out the desired quality to hold their own in the market.
